With floor to ceiling windows and a large resort-like backyard, our home allows guests to experience the classic California lifestyle. Cool off in the swimming pool or warm up by our outdoor fire pit, you can spend all day enjoying our dreamy property. When you’re ready to leave the serenity of our Felton Tropical Oasis, hiking trails, Roaring Camp, and downtown Felton are less than five minutes away . Our single story, Eichler style home has plenty of space for a family or a small group while being cozy and warm. With floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom, you can open your eyes in the morning to a view of flowering shrubs and palm trees. Across the hallway is the second bedroom which has a queen sized bed with two spacious drawers underneath for storing clothing or belongings. The open floor plan kitchen is connected to the backyard via a large sliding door, making if effortless to enjoy a family dinner on the patio. Our spacious living room has plenty of space to watch a movie or play a game of Monoploy on the rug . You will have access to our entire house and carport . After school hours you can use the playground, running track, tennis courts, and swimming pool (certain days/ hours the pool is open to the public for a small fee) Parking in the driveway for two cars. Additional parking on the street for two cars. Downtown Felton is approximately one mile away. Henry Cowell/ Roaring Camp/ Highlands Park/ Quail Hollow ranch are a five minute drive Endless miles of mountain bike trails less than a ten minute drive Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk/ beaches/ attractions 20 minute drive We are a family of four and this is our primary home . We love our home and ask that you treat it respectfully , and please don’t be shocked if you find a Lego hidden away under the sofa !
