We are a female owned small business based out of the Santa Cruz Mountains near Santa Cruz, CA. We strive to create vacation homes that are more than just a place to stay but rather a memorable experience. Our clients will be treated to a stress free, personalized experience that makes owning a vacation property manageable, and profitable. Currently we manage properties in the Santa Cruz Mountains near Santa Cruz Ca,  and  Southern Oregon. 

Heather has fourteen years of experience managing vacation properties. Savvy with analytics, marketing, web design, and a deep understanding of how to competitively price vacation properties, she has a wealth of knowledge to share with her clients.  In the past few years she even expanded into the camper van rental industry and has successfully developed a camper van rental business. If you've got questions about vacation rentals,  whether it's a home by the beach or a house on wheels, Heather has the answers! 

Jessica is passionate about travel! After traveling to over twenty-five different countries she used her experiences as a guest to develop her hosting skills. Through renting out her family home she has created enough income to travel the world with her husband and two sons. She specializes in designing rental properties that are also primary residences. Whether it’s creative storage solutions for optimizing a space or brainstorming versatile design ideas, she enjoys helping create welcoming spaces for guests and hosts alike!
