The house offers breathtaking views from almost every room. Enjoy the river view from the dining table as you wake up, sipping your coffee. When you're ready to start your adventure you can head out the back door down to the private river access to take a chance at catching some fish. Then end your day on the deck, barbecuing with family and friends. Located between Grants Pass and Ashland it is minutes away from shopping, dining, theater, rafting, hiking, jet boats, and wine tours. The house is thoughtfully set up with tons of amenities perfect for cooking, working, and relaxing. The space comfortably sleeps and feeds 8 with 3 bedrooms, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. It also offers a private work area with a desk, wifi, and other essentials so that you can get work done and enjoy your vacation. We are baby/child friendly with fully fenced front and back yards and baby/child items available on request. Guests will have full access to the house. The house is situated in a picturesque residential area that offers quiet nights with the sounds of the river but is only 15 minutes away from the Medford airport and within 10 minutes of Del Rio Vineyards. The house offers covered parking for 2 cars and off street parking for 4 cars. While the yards are gated, small children will need close supervision due to the close proximity of the river and road.
